Some believe this combination of ingredients to be close to the classic, original pizza.

4 Roma tomatoes, sliced thinly
1 ounce Olive oil
2 cloves Garlic, rough chopped
6 ounces Mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons Basil, fresh, chopped
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Bake for 10-12 minutes (or until the crust begins to brown). Remove from the oven. Top with the basil and Parmesan. Allow to rest for three minutes before slicing.
